  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar (for topping)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for muffins)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the topping ingredients until crumbly and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large bowl, blend softened butter with milk, sour cream, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
