Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, dark brown sugar, unsulphured molasses, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  2. Add the tart apple peel and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until thickened.
  3. For an iced drink, fill a glass with ice. Add two tablespoons of the apple crisp syrup followed by cold milk and top with espresso.
