  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a bowl, combine the warm spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well mixed.
  5. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the baking pan. Layer the spaghetti mixture on top, followed by the remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
