  • 1 cup light brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
