  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and then add the mini vegan marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispie cereal until coated.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
  5. Sprinkle salted peanuts on top.
  6. Melt caramel candies with heavy cream in another saucepan until smooth and pour over the peanuts.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in intervals in the microwave and pour over the caramel layer.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
