  • 1 (3 oz) cherry vegan gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry vegan gelatin mix, powdered sugar, and sprinkles if desired. Seal and shake until mixed well.
  3. Measure 8 cups of rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
  4. Melt almond bark in the microwave in one-minute intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over the cereal and stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Transfer coated cereal to the zip-top bag with the sugar mixture and shake until fully coated.
  7. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer to set.
