  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 6 kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken cubes in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, seasoning with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  3. Prepare kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and hollowing out the centers.
  4. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning inside each bread bowl.
  5. Toast bread bowls in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
  7. Fill toasted bread bowls with the chicken alfredo mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake again for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
