  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Adjust consistency with additional milk if needed.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill balls for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave.
  9. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and shake off excess.
