  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just blended.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Press the dough evenly into the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled, spread vegan marshmallow crème over the cookie base.
  8. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the marshmallow layer; spread evenly.
