  • 3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the crumb topping. Mix in cold butter until it resembles coarse meal. Chill while preparing the batter.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix sour cream, melted butter, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fill each mold of the donut pan with batter and sprinkle with crumb topping.
