  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red chili flakes

  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  5. Mix in smoked paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Return potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook together for another 2-3 minutes before serving hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
