  • 12 French baguettes
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl. Reserve some dressing for assembly.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up your breading station with flour mixed with smoked paprika in one plate, whisked eggs in another, and a mix of panko crumbs, breadcrumbs, herbs, and more Parmesan in a third.
  3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then eggs, followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides; drain on a wire rack.
