  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 23 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 4 Tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and melted butter until smooth. Pour over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for about three hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Shred or chunk the chicken as desired and stir in heavy cream about thirty minutes before serving.
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the sauce during the last thirty minutes of cooking.
