  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 5 oz pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • orange gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add an egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly, and create an indentation in the center for filling.
