  • 1 kg All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated yeast
  • ½ cup Butter (room temperature)
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 600 gr Smoked chicken
  • 1 cup Green olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup Raisins

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, granulated yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm milk and water while stirring gently to activate the yeast.
  3. Incorporate softened butter and eggs; knead until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing smoked chicken, olives, and raisins in another bowl.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread the filling evenly and roll it up tightly.
  7. Place on a baking sheet to rise briefly, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
