  • granulated sugar
  • baking powder
  • ground cinnamon
  • salt
  • milk (dairy-free if preferred)
  • vegetable oil
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • brown sugar (for swirl)

  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs; mix until combined.
