  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the mixture; stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle with rosemary, garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
