  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots (optional, for crunch)
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved (for topping)
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the sliced chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant; then add heavy cream and chicken broth.
  5. Stir in salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if desired), and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
