  • 5 Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 300 g Cavatappi Macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Nutmeg

  2. Add broth: Stir in beef broth and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Make béchamel: In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour before adding heavy cream gradually. Cook until thickened.
  4. Combine: Mix two-thirds of the caramelized onions into the sauce along with salt, pepper, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook pasta: Boil cavatappi macaroni until just under al dente; drain.
