  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons coarse sugar (for sprinkling)
  • Mini chocolate chips or black decorating gel (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla; cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let cool.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts on a clean surface and cut ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
