  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or honey), Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla essence until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with ground cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
