  • 1 tablespoon loose black tea or 2 black tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or preferred sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
