  • 2 tablespoons Gochugaru
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice apple vinegar Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Kimchi (Chopped)
  • 4 pieces Hotdogs (Cut into quarter-inch slices)
  • 4 slices Beef Belly
  • 1 block Tofu (Medium firm, sliced)
  • 1 medium Onion (Thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Napa Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 1 can Baked Beans
  • 1 cup Enoki Mushrooms (Stems removed)
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 2 stalks Green Onions (Sliced diagonally)
  • 1 cup Rice Cake (Soak in water if frozen)
  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock, Anchovy, or Beef Broth
  • 2 cups White Rice (Steamed)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar mirin, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Pour in the chicken stock and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add kimchi, hotdog pieces, beef belly slices, tofu blocks, onion slices, napa cabbage, baked beans, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, rice cakes, and ramen noodles.
  4. Let cook for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until all ingredients are heated through.
  5. Serve hot over steamed white rice and enjoy!
