  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Stir until bubbling; whisk in eggs slowly. Mix in chopped pecans and salt; let cool slightly.
  4. Pour cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
