Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9 square baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup canned pumpkin, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup canola oil, ¼ cup maple syrup, and ¼ cup milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. For the crumb topping: Mix together ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
