Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (divided)
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare four glasses by dipping their rims in 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and then into toasted coconut.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of remaining caramel sauce into each glass.
  3. Pour one cup of brewed coffee into each glass, stir gently to combine.
  4. Fill each glass with ice and top with cold coconut milk; stir again.
  5. Top generously with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate sauce over it.
  6. Optionally garnish with a Girl Scout cookie for added flair.
