  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into two equal pieces.
  4. Spread half of the filling on one piece of pastry and top with the other piece.
  5. Cut into long strips and twist each strip into swirls.
  6. Brush with egg wash before baking on a parchment-lined sheet for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
