Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup water. Stir until dissolved and simmer for about 5 minutes to create syrup.
  2. Brew 2 ounces of hot espresso.
