  • 20 gyozas (or potstickers)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare garlic and ginger by grating them.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, red curry paste, and lime juice. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas according to package instructions in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
  5. Serve gyozas in bowls and ladle hot soup over them. Garnish with chopped chives or additional veggies.
